Flower White, 5-parted, 1/4″ – 1/3″ wide, clawed petals with long, slender rod-like stamens. The clusters of flowers can be 4″ tall on a long, leafless stalk.
Leaf Basal leaves with 3-5 shallow palmate lobes. Each leaf is on a single fuzzy stalk.
Notes The indentation at the base of the leaves resembles the dent at the top of a heart.
