Currently, the Track Chair only runs on the Bay View Trail within the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Located in the Port Oneida Historic District, the trail overlooks historic barns, fields, forests, and Sleeping Bear Bay. This trail is wide with gradual hills to allow for the track chair to reach the lookout point for sweeping views.
To access this trail on the Track Chair, it is a short hike from the Kelderhouse Farm on Port Oneida Road. The historic district is about 3 miles north of Glen Arbor.

At the Kelderhouse Farm parking lot, there is a gravel parking lot with handicap access.
Your Friends of Sleeping Bear Dunes Volunteer will be there upon your arrival and can bring the chair over to your vehicle if needed to enter the chair.
Note, Friends of Sleeping Bear Dunes Volunteers are not allowed to help with the transfer into the chair. The chair does have moveable armrests for slide-in entry.
There is also a handicap-accessible toilet on the property. This is not a full bathroom with running water, so please bring any healthcare necessities.
