Location: Drive M-22 south of Empire to Trails End road, which is a few miles north of the Platte River. Drive the gravel road and watch on the right for a sign to the Boat Ramp. It is just before you come to the Trails End parking lot.
Parking Lot: Small gravel parking lot.
Restrooms: An accessible vault toilet is located at the Trails End parking lot.
Water: No drinking water is available.
Boat Ramp: The gravel boat ramp will accommodate kayaks, canoes, and small fishing boats.
Beach Access: There is a small beach area near the boat ramp.
Points of Interest: Otter Lake is a pristine wilderness lake. It is used for fishing, kayaking, and canoeing.
